Are there "credit unions" in OZ ? The ones in North America operate on a
network called "The Exchange"
Does that system exist in OZ ?

No!! They all subscribe to the 'Redicard' network, which is the Credit Union
network, as well as the usual Cirrus, Plus, Maestro, Star - and most of the
other International Networks!.

And you can use your Redicard in any machine, it seems. I've never found a
machine in Oz that won't take my redicard (and now it'll work o/s too).
Money machines seem to be totally integrated here, the only issue is how
much you pay to use them.
