Phil et Jude vous souhaitent la bienvenue dans leurs chambres d'hôtes
entre la Normandie et la Sarthe. Cette ancienne ferme normande du XVIII
siècle se trouve dans un cadre verdoyant et tranquille, au bord d’un
étang avec un parc arboré – des belles vues sur la forêt de Perseigne
et les paysages.

3 chambres d'hôtes de 2 personnes dont une avec 2 lits jumeaux. SDB et WC
privés . Chauffage et sèche-serviettes électriques. Poss lit
supplémentaire/lit bébé.

Terrasse abritée et fleurie, salon de jardin et activités de plein air.
A l'étage, salon et bibliothèque avec jeux de société à votre
disposition. Bar, restaurant et commerces à 200m.

Ancinnes est situé dans le parc Normandie Maine entre la frontière du
Perche et des Alpes Mancelles, un point de départ parfait pour découvrir
la Basse Normandie et la Sarthe. A 10 minutes de l'A28, d'Alençon et de
Mamers. Le Mans se trouve à 30 minutes (40km).

Phil and Jude welcome you to their B&B on the borders of Normandy and the
Sarthe. This 18th century Normandy farmhouse is by a lake, with a
tree-lined garden and views over the forest of Perseigne and the
countryside.

3 double rooms with en-suite facilities, including one room with twin
beds. Electric heating and heated towel rails. An additional full-size bed
and a baby cot are available on request.

Sheltered terrace with flowers, garden furniture and outdoor games. On the
first floor, next to the bedrooms, a guest salon, library and board games
are at your disposal. Bar, restaurant and shops just 200m away.

Ancinnes is located in the Normandie Maine Park between the Perche and the
Alpes Mancelles, a perfect base for exploring Lower Normandy and the
Sarthe. 10 minutes from the A28, Alençon and Mamers, it is also an
excellent stopover en route to and from the Channel ports. Le Mans is also
just 30 minutes (40km) away.
