Hello!

Can somebody tell me if there is a luggage office at Chichen Itza? I will
come by bus from Merida and go to Cancun the same day, and I have planned to
visit Chichen Itza on the way. So I will have all my luggage and I will be
bothered with it while the visit...
If such a facility exists, is it reliable, is there a risk of theft?

There is a lodge near the entrance. They may have a left luggage room.

There is a place in the visitor's center to store your luggage.
However, anytime your luggage is out of your sight there's a risk of theft.
When travelling by bus in Mexico the standard advice is that you don't leave
anything of value in your luggage.
