Once upon a time this ng had lots of interesting and informative
threads. There were many questions and a lot of useful assistance given
to those asking for help. In the last 6 months it appears to have
generated into a marketplace with irrelevant worldwide sales messages
and lots of other rubbish. So, I'm "plonking" the subscription.

Where did everyone go?

Maybe the joys of present-day air travel have something to do with it?
