Couples? Sandals?

I'm thinking about an All Inclusive vacation in the Carribean with my wife,
and was looking at Couples and Sandals. I was thinking about Jamaica in
particular, but would love to hear from people about other resorts!

How is the food? (We are very discriminating.)
How is the boating? (I like sailboarding, sailing)
What about the spa?
Finally, is this someplace where you can go for a 4 mile run?
