The condo is in Dewey Beach Delaware. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 8
people, has all the amenities, is in a great location, is 1-1/2 blocks from
the beach and it has views of the bay. The condo was originally built in
1997.
Below are all the special rates we are running for the available weeks:
June 12th to June 19th $ 1,000 Special Rate
June 26th to July 3rd $ 1,400 Special Rate
July 10th to July 17th $ 1,500 Special Rate
July 17th to July 24th $ 1,500 Special Rate
July 24th to July 31st $ 1,500 Special Rate
August 28th to September 4th $ 1,400
September 11th to September 18th $ 800
September 18th to September 25th $ 800
September 25th to October 2nd $ 800
All weeks in October $ 700
All other weeks in June, July, and August are rented already.
