Discounting is not allowed. But some Travel agents may have lower
prices because they have group space. That is they booked a block of
rooms and can offer those at a lower price.

I have had a lot of luck with Vacationstogo.com

They seem to have the best prices still.

No. RCCL (in the guise of RCI, Celebrity and Azamara) prohibits it.
The best you can find is someone with a group, but that's only if the
group hasn't already closed out. And they can't advertise the price.

You CAN look for reduced prices for specials that the lines offer.
Contact your agent for details.

RCI will offer you an on-board credit if you own stock in the company.
Also from some ports, you get a local discount on some cruises if you
live within a certain number of miles from the port. YMMV <g>

Yeah, I get the OBC offer from from RCCL and Carnival.

I sometimes get really good deals for cruises out of Galveston on both
lines, particularly if you can pull the trigger RIGH NOW for two weeks
away.
