Off the east coast of Canada, just south of the Canadian province of
Newfoundland, the islands of St Pierre & Miquelon remain as French as any
town from Normandy or Brittany with the added mystery of the ancient Basque
culture.

Once a rum-running haven for Capone, McCoy and the Bronfman¹s during
prohibition, the islands are also famous for their 600 shipwrecks, their
unique culture and hospitality.

Today, St Pierre & Miquelon boasts four museums and the rebuilt ghost town
of île aux Marins. As well, you can indulge in luxury shopping, fine dining,
hiking and nature trails, bird watching and photography.
