McDonalds and 7/11 are using Don Francisco coffee blends.

Subway is using Newhall in the west. I am not sure nationwide.

Vons is using Seattle's Best.

I will know who Stations and Boyd are using tomorrow.

I used to grind my own beans, then the grinder broke and well, you know

he's (errr, they) are right, but I wouldn't buy it for the house ---
it's great coffee but not worth the price by the pound. Now Don
Fransisco Kona costs slightly more and absolutely blows DD out of the
water taste wise.

I know if I see one, which is getting easier and easier in town these
days, I stop for a large and a plain donut. mmmmm.

DD is coffee. I haven't had one of their donuts in months. They run
sales where you can buy 2 pounds for 10 bux.
Someone mentioned using the grounds twice. Around here, they have a rule
in the franchises I go to. Even if they're in the middle of pouring a
cup and the pot runs out, they have to stop, put in fresh grounds and
refill the pot. Then they can continue filling the cup from another pot.
As far as where they make the donuts. I have 5 DDs within a couple miles
of my house. 3 are full blown stores and 2 are in gas stations. The
stores all bake on premises. They have racks that they fill with donuts,
muffins, bagels etc and deliver to the satellites.

Started the day off at Dunkin Donuts, bought 2 one pound
bags of coffee, 4 dounuts & 2 bagels, Total $24.

Asked if they make the donuts at the shop, they said
they are made elsewhere, they just finish the donut
with glaze, filling or powder sugar.

Enjoyed the coffee tonight, as for the donuts, forget it.

Did you forget to take your nap after recess, or did you just run out
of kids to pick on in the playground? What's that, you're not in
first grade? Gee, you could have fooled me.

It figures you'd take an unprovoked, cheap shot insult at me, JP. Oh,
but I'm sure the pretty people like you do it all the time because
you're perfect & don't have a single flaw.
