You have proven many times you know absolutely nothing about the American
psyche.

Yes, one is the maximum IME- it's usually faster. Sometimes I found them
rude, but not lately, and not since 9/11 as it happens! Indeed, a couple
of said 'welcome back to the US' recently!

But how would I get to York? Smile

The trainline from Manchester to Leeds via Huddersfield is one of the
prettiest in the area for most of the time.

You could have trimmed that a little. Maybe the last 8 words?

But being white, with a UK passport and a "normal" British name facilitates
a lot.
Possibly not so easy if you happens to be from somewhere else ,especially
not from mid-east. Our Swedish national soccer team made a visit to
Costa Rica recently which involved a change of plane in U.S
One member of the team was delayed and interrogated over 3hours and reason
for that was probably that he had an origin from Iran.

I don't deny that, but I presume that most of the people posting thus
far aren't from the middle east...

As long as the legislation only applies to loopy right-wing filth like
you, I'd be well pleased.

Full marks for hitting the nail on the head! Did a little trip to
Poland and back today, and the Balsam Pomorsky is very good indeed.

It's for non-EU (and I presume EEA) citizens entering the EU.
