Don't use EZOP TRAVEL & TOURISM LTD!!!!

I recently had a very bad experience with Ezop Travel of Istanbul. I
would suggest no one use their services or any of their websites,

We tried to get a price on a hotel using their website www.hotelbul.com
(don't believe the prices you see there, none of them seem to be true),
and it didn't worked so I emailed them and called them. They told me
to email them again and I did.

I asked for their prices on two different hotels here in Turkey. They
returned the prices within 24 hours and one of the hotels had a good
price, so we told them we wanted to book for a one week stay. We had
to pay in advance, so I transferred money from my bank account to
theirs. They said everything was fine and issued me a travel voucher
for the hotel to use when I arrived.

When we arrived at the hotel, there were no problems until the next
day. There was a message from our travel agent to talk to someone at
the service department in the hotel about a problem with our
reservation. I met with this lady and she informed me that our tour
agency had made a mistake and we had only paid for half of the hotel
fee. We had to leave the hotel after 3 nights or pay more for
additional nights. I asked what happened and she said I should talk to
the tourism company.

I called them and they apologized but said there was nothing they could
do. Someone in their office had made a mistake and they suggested we
pay the hotel more or leave after 3 days. I asked if they were willing
to do anything for us to help with our vacation and he said he was
sorry, but he couldn't do anything. The difference between the 3 1/2
nights we had paid for and 4 nights was about 100 YTL and I asked if
the tour company would pay that so we could at least stay 4 nights and
he said no.

He never offered me anything or any help, he only said he was sorry and
that they couldn't do anything for us. We traveled to that city, at
that time, to that hotel because of the price we had been quoted. If
we had known how expensive it was we never would have gone, or would
have gone somewhere else or at a different time. We paid dearly for
their mistake, but they were unwilling to do anything for us.

I would advise everyone not to use their services, I certainly never
will again.
