Egypt

Hi,

Has anybody ever "just arrived" in Egypt and organised their holiday upon
arrival. I am keen to do it bu not sure how possible it is. We are keen to
go in Jan and spend 3 nights Cairo, 3 nights on a Nile cruise and then a
couple of nights in Sharm el Sheikh.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Hello.

It can be done, only the domestic flights (if you want one) are much cheaper
when booked in advance, at home. I don't know about the cruise, guess it
depends on how busy they are. And, if you want to go from Cairo to Luxor by
train, buy your ticket a few days before you plan to make the trip (the trip
cai-lux I mean).
