Egypt travel food question

(We're leaving next week for 2 weeks in Egypt.)
One thing we haven't seen mentioned in any travel book: Milk. Do they
serve milk in resturants? If so will we get cow's milk or goat's milk and
will it be safe to drink ? ( I suspect we won't have the choice of skim or
1%.)

i think they actually do serve milk if asked but i am not sure if it's pure cow's milk because they sometimes do mix it with buffalo's milk.
