Post subject: Expat haunts in India

I'm thinking of possibly retiring to India, and will be visiting soon.
I'd like to talk to expats there to see how they like living there.
I'll probably stop for a while in Goa and the Simla area.

Any other suggestions on where to go in India to chat with expats?
