Family Reunion Venue Suggestion

My extended family is looking for a spot to vacation for a week in July
2008.

We need a venue that will accommodate 45 people ranging in age from 8 to 83.
Budget is important as people will be flying in from Hawaii, LA and Seattle.
The majority of travelers are Eastern seaboard USA.

Past venues have been large state/municipal parks with Cabins for rent, a
couple of beach homes neighboring each other, etc.

I recall accommodations being approximately $200 per person for 7 days.

The location would need to be no further west than Sault Ste Marie and no
further east than Montreal. At most north would be 2 hours from the US
border.

Suggestions would be appreciated.
