Post subject: Ferry accommodation - table?
Archived from groups: alt>travel>greece (more info?)

My wife and I are planning a trip to Athens with a side trip to
Mykonos this summer. I'm looking at using the Hellenic high speed
ferry line to get to and back being that it costs about half of what
an Olympic Airlines flight would. The one thing that has me confused
is the accommodation types. Things like "Economy", "Business", and
"VIP" make sense. But what do they mean by "table"? It looks like an
"Economy table" only costs a bit more than a regular "Economy" seat.
Can someone shed some insight here?

Thanks.

Not too sure, but the high speed seems the same we use between Italy and
Croatia.
VIP are in the main deck, with more space and a super comfortable seat.
Economy and Economy table share the same kind of seat but the former is in a
airplane like arrangement, the latter is made by a group of seats around a
table (6 to Cool.
In my opinion the Economy is the best option and often the first to sell
out.

Have a nice trip
