Post subject: Find person with unlisted number

Hi,
Can anyone shed some light on finding a person in Toronto. I have the
phone number and I have tried reverse lookup through 411.ca but
unfortunately its an unlisted number.
I know the last resort would be like a detective software or a similar
agency but was just wondering if there's an easier or free way.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you have the number ring them, and if they want to they will tell you.
You might be the reason they prefer an unlisted number
