Actually no free dinner tonight.
Started the day at Dunkin Donuts at Americam
Pacific & Gibson, the store is small in a strip mall,
most interesting thing is a New York style deli opening
soon two stores away.
Fron there went to Fiesta Henderson, sweetheart joined
the players club and received a tee shirt and free play
on the poker machine.
They always say win up to $500 free play, start off
with your own dollar and check the credits, as usual
it was $3 which she turned into $6 befor cashing
out.
Has anyone ever got more than $3 freeplay for signing
up at the Stations or Fiesta?
Next off to the fun 21 table, won $30 and left.
Next off to the Western and received two
umbrellas, you know the kind, the Chinese
poke your eye out on one of the metal splines.
We lost $80 so we only paid $40 each for
the two umbrellas.
Next off to the Gold Coast for dinner, we decided
to hit the buffet at 4 o'clock, as if you get there
early, you can eat the leftover crablegs and other
seafoods from Fridays buffets. Using the 2/1
dinner came to $53.95. There was no leftover
seafood as the crowd on Friday must have been
hungry. In the past I've said nice things about
the Gold Coast Buffet, tonight it was so so.
They had a good crowd as everyone had a
coupon from a mass mailing.
Yes $53.95 for the buffet considering the $40 we
lost even using matchplays.
Well, we will get them tomorrow.
No free lunch today.

Dr. Barf...with that $53.95 rip-off at the Gold Coast buffet, did they
provide a limo for you and your sweetheart? For that price, they should
have.
Who said, "there is a sucker born every minute" or some similar statement?

It was attributed to PT Barnum but he actually did not ever say it.
