Hi there - can you help me please?

I am looking for a good hotel to spend one night in July in with my
girlfriend. She is returning from a very long trip landing in
Birmingham airport.

We are looking for a very nice country pub/b+b/hotel with maybe some
activities like walks, and nice restaurant/s and pub/s? Somewhere out
in the country ideally, and with somewhere nice perhaps to sit outside
drinking all afternoon!

If it could be within Birmingham, Stratford, Warwick, Cotswolds area
that would be ideal. Money isn't a massive issue here either, as it's
just for the one night.

Can you think of anywhere please? Any ideas greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Paul

That looks really nice, thanks! Although I'm afraid it's a little bit
TOO nice!

Looks lovely, just a little too expensive and posh for us I think!

Both of those places look lovely. I noticed that the pricey one had a
special offer of a free room if you eat dinner there. Probably for
off-season, though.
I think the difference in price is more remarkable than the difference
in the places would indicate.
