Hiking in Albanian mountains, questions

Hi,

This summer I'm planning go with my friends for a hiking trip to
Albania. We're going to visit Prokletije, Korab, maybe some other
mountain groups. Since I don't know much about this region and I was not
able to find any books or articles, I would appreciate any advice from
your side. In particular, I'd like to ask you:
* about food. Are there any villages with shops in the mountains? are
there foodstuffs like rice, noodles, cans, etc. available?
* about camping places. Are there many places to set up a tent? could
you recommend any particular places? what about water?
* about recommended routes. Could you sugest where to go, which
particular places to visit, which summits to reach? We don't plan to
take any special climbing equipment.
* about transport. We decided to come to Shkoder, and set out our
journay from there, most likely by bus. Are there any regular bus lines
going into the mountains?
