Move to where it is WARM! Florida is where your next new home should
be located! Aren't you tired of the snow? Tired of the cold? Tired of
the ice! FLY SOUTH and JOIN US! Be warm! All year round! Wear
shorts! Get a tan! Feel great! Move to Orlando, Florida!

Los Angeles or Louisiana? Los Angeles doesn't get hurricanes and I
don't know about the bugs.

L.A. gets cockroaches from slumlords. I guess I'd have to substitute
mudslides for hurricanes.

Yes great between Nov and May, but far too hot, humid and rainy the
other months for my Canadian weather tuned body.
I'd still need a house in cool Canada for those unbearable months.

Sorry, but I do know those repossessed sub prime mortgage homes down
there are going for a song.

Oh yes, Al Bore says Florida is in it's sinking under the ocean cycle.
