L.A. gets cockroaches from slumlords. I guess I'd have to substitute

Yes great between Nov and May, but far too hot, humid and rainy the
other months for my Canadian weather tuned body.
I'd still need a house in cool Canada for those unbearable months.
Sorry, but I do know those repossessed sub prime mortgage homes down
there are going for a song.
