Hotel at Nairobi airport?

I may fly to Nairobi and take the shuttle to Arusha, but I will likely need
to spend a night and take the shuttle in the morning. Is there a hotel at
the international airport, or must one go into Nairobi for a hotel?

You have to go to the city, but that's not far.
