Perhaps he's trying to get even with www.nationalvisas.com.au who
continually spam this and other travel newsgroups with invitations for
immigrants, workers and backpackers to come here. Anyhow his
hallucinations about "awards" for dobbers haven't been cured, so I'd concur
with your diagnosis.
