Dear Jose:

Words cannot express our gratitude for your company who extended the
most wonderful and gracious service to my entire group who traveled on
the Carnival Liberty recently.

As seasoned travelers we have had dealings with many travel services,
none to have achieved and excelled as you have; we give the highest
rating possible to you.

To anyone who may read this letter of thanks, know that when using
Travelers Best you really do have "the best".

There are so many ways almost too numerous to mention that you and
your staff went completely beyond what a travel agent(s) does, i.e.
when a person in our group had to be taken from the ship by the Coast
Guard because of a life threatening illness, your concern was
exemplary in that you corresponded with their relatives to reassure
their safety, visited them in the hospital, insured that their return
flight home would be taken care of when they are well enough to go
home. Thank you, thank you.

When each person in our group arrived in their cabins to our surprise
we were greeted with many gifts, a bottle of champagne, a bottle of
sparkling cider, 2 trays of delicious petit fours, not to even mention
a beautiful birthday cake to help celebrate my birthday, and the $100
ship board credit each cabin received; thank you, thank you.
