Liquids: oops

I won't name the airport or airline involved (though those who read my
posts might be able to guess), but today's flight involved yet another
case of me accidentally leaving some liquids (shaving oil, in this
case) in the side of my bag, and those liquids not being detected (or
being ignored) by airport security...only noticed it was there when I
arrived at the hotel with 2 lots of shaving oil (one lot in the clear
plastic bag).

Oops.
