List of airports and hand baggage policy

Lots of talk about the new rules, but not many mentions of where they
apply. *Airlines* that only allow one bag, still only allow one bag, of
course.

Some suggestion that transit passengers at Gatwick can have two hand
bags (although transit at Gatwick is pretty rare, I guess).

But are they going to go back to one bag plus small handbag/camera case etc
