Low cost air fare?

There is or used to be a magazine that had great discounts
on airline tickets. Does it still exist? I live in Vegas and so
the fares are pretty good in and out. We can get 'fun fares'
even if leaving and returning to Vegas, instead of the usual
other-way-around. I've got a reservation for April that's
going to cost $217 for round trip to Seattle. My wife is
planning to make the trip several times / year. Am I going
to do any better than that by lookind around for groups
or coupons ... ?
