I'd like to observe the radical low and high tide changes in the State of
Maine but do
not wish to enter Canada. Where would be the best place to see this tidal
exchange
in Maine with the biggest difference in tides ?

The tide change at East Quoddy light house is very interesting if you
don't mind crossing a couple minutes into Canada.
