I'm scheduled to travel to Oaxaca via the Mexico City airport in the
next two weeks. In case I miss my connection and am forced to spend
the night in Mexico City, I am wondering if someone can recommend a
hotel?

Paul in Atlanta

There is a Hilton in the international terminal.

Thanks, James. I'll look for the hotel if I am forced to spend the
night in the airport.

It is route number 150 all the way, assuming Oaxaca, Oaxaca.

I can think of a number of reasons:

- Rental cars are expensive in Mexico ($60 a day, with insurance)
- The tolls on the roads are high (about $40 each way)
- It is almost a 300 mile drive
- Driving in Mexico, and in particular Mexico City, is not for the faint
of heart
