I am planning to fly from NCL to Toronto using the direct charter
flight (Thomas Cook Boeing 757) Air Transat/Thomas Cook/ My Travel/
Canadian Affair.
I have seen conflicting reviews of these flights but it is the direct
flight I find most attractive.
There are 3 different seats I can book but the blurb states that the
seat pitch is 35''
So my questions are
Is this airline any good?
Is it worth booking the extra legroom seats for £29 ?
Would the seats bookable for £9 or £7 be any good?
Will I regret taking a cheap flight and wish I had paid the extra for
a better airline flying via Amsterdam or Heathrow?
Many thanks for your advice
Shirley

Shirley: £29 seems very cheap for an extra legroom seat on such a long
flight; however, if you're any taller than 5ft6 you'll probably feel the
benefit. Air Transat have had bad reviews in the past; I've never flown
with them myself so can't comment. What sort of prices are you getting and
how do these compare with the scheduled services?

I ended up booking with Canadian Affair/ Thomas Cook, it was too much
of a bargain and the direct flight was a major element. Total costs
with booked seats one of which had extra leg room £330.89
Hope I dont regret it!
