Rental Car Company in Tamworth

Dear All,



for our next holidays in Tamworth (Australia) we are looking for a rental
car.

Anyone know a local car rental company in Tamworth? We know the big once
like Avis, Hertz, Budget but we are looking for a small company and, we hope
to find a cheaper car.



We got a quote for a12 day rental period (January Country-Music-Festival)
about 1000 AUD$

I looked up the Yellow Pages:

and did a search for "Car Rental in Tamworth NSW".

I got 20 hits but from the looks of it there are no "cheap" car &/or minibus
rentals in Tamworth. All the "big" ones are there and they are all
expensive, I know. Unless a local garage rents out "cheapies" you could be
out of luck.

Do you know anyone in Tamworth who could make enquiry for you? An
affiliated club or association e.g. I know time is getting short but with a
bit of effort you will think of something.
