Nah, I think it is a nationwide chain. There is one here in San Antonio on the river. The waitstaff insults the patrons and raises all kind of hell. Fun place. Actually the place IS a joke. If you feel like eating very mediocre food, paying to have waiters insult you, and saying to yourself, "this really wasn't worth it" then Dick is you place.
