Why should I have a problem with it, as is useful referent.

No, why should I? My ISP and many others know my identity.
In fact, my ISP urges subscribers to not reveal any more
information than necessary for Internet security reasons.

These seem obvious to many people, apparently they aren't to you.

However I don't propose to give reasons for this, let alone
examples of the undesirability of doing so.

You realize, or should realize, that there are a lot of people on
the net who delight in trying to cause irritation or real
problems for others.

A lighthearted comment. Unfortunately, humour doesn't always
travel well on the net.

Not in posts to me, but might explain a lot, actually! Smile

Ending the statement with a full stop or period could indicate
to most people who consider English as their "mother tongue" that
you have problems with your Kiwi ancestry, background, or
citizenship.

If you had ended the sentence with a question mark, you might
be asking if I had a problem with you being a Kiwi.

I don't. I have met a lot of Kiwis, have friends who are Kiwis.
I do have problems with your intolerance, but this is your own
personality, and has little or nothing to do with the fact that
you were apparently born in N.Z. and are now in Texas.

Cheers,

I cheerfully admit to this, and my posts are truthful.

Having little use for overly aggressive people is a "negative
attitude"? Why should I dislike Americans or Texans, though?

She should! Australia is a terrific country, or my wife and I
wouldn't have spent so many decades here.

Very good! Pleased to hear it! One more hurdle overcome. I
didn't forsee any difficulties, but, believe me, they can occur.

Can a syringe be lethal? Of course. Depends what it is loaded
with.

Were I running an airline, I wouldn't ban syringes, if there was
a genuine medical need, but I would be concerned about how many
were taken aboard an aircraft, why, how they were disposed of
etc.

Is a rolled up newspaper a "deadly weapon"? It can be, but I am
not about to say just how. Smile

True, but do you disbelieve them? If so, why?

Of course, and I didn't imply otherwise.

Do you really feel "insulted" by me, Janet? Smile

Very true!

"Purports"? I could prove it to you, but see absolutely no

I've been away from the US so long that I would have to look up
the meaning of "gigolo".

However, the concept that I might be held captive by one or more
Aussie women is a bit flattering.

Do feel free to develop your concept, as it might amuse us all.

My identical twin brother has been in OZ for three
years now on a 3 month visa. These women who take
turns using him are refusing to pay him other than
room and board and have told him he'll go to gaol
if he escapes. He wants me to come to Tailem Bend
to take his place so he can leave on my passport.

What would you do?

Well, as I have been happily married for decades, I wouldn't
be a good gigolo. Nor would I want to be in Australia illegally.
Having reached a ripe old age without ever being confined in a
cell, I wouldn't want this particular new experience, although I
usually value new experiences. Smile

In passing, I don't have an identical twin, and I expect that
some members of this group might be thinking "Thank God for
small favours!"

Although, of course, "identical twins" aren't actually
"identical" even at birth. They become a lot less
"identical" as they mature.

Before anyone asks, I'm not willing to provide my
professional qualifications. This kangaroo knows
enough to jump towards internet security.Smile

I suppose that you and some readers have heard the joke
about the Chinese Wong family. The wife gave birth to
a Caucasian child. As Mr. Wong screamed to his wife
"Two Wongs don't make a white!" Smile

Cheers,

We are identical to this day. The only difference is he is
right handed and I am left-handed. He has more sexual
experience, not counting his three years of capitivy. He
is a better business man than I ever dreamt of being. He
told me that the economic theory of prostitution is that
services are worth more before that after. He made a bad
mistake at Tailem Bend. He took care of four women in a
24 hour period expecting to collecting after the fact. He
says he was giving a freebie to twin sisters only to find
his expection of doing married women in Adelaide was being
terminated by the vizens of Tailem Bend.
