Are there any good hotels in San Diego under $200/night that would be near
some of the major attractions? I'm planing a trip in early March. Thanks
for your help.

And out towards Pt. Loma and the fishing landings. Some less than $100
motels.

I have an online travel booking engine (that anyone can have for under
$500.). We arfe powered by Travelocity. Check my site at www.liveearthtravel..net.
Click on Book Travel to get to hotel site. We are very competitive. My
phone # is on site if you need help. Thanks. Happy Traveling--Irene

Maybe you could tell us more what you consider to be San Diego's
"major attractions"?

If you like museums, gardens, the zoo, etc., I'd recommend the Balboa
Park Inn. Both downtown and Hillcrest are also nearby with theaters,
restaurants, shopping, etc.

I don't consider the Hotel Circle hotels on I-8 to be as convenient to
most attractions, except for Sea World.
