Sardinia Naples Senario

The thing is, I would go from the USA to Naples because after
visitinbg Sardinia I would have to visit Relatives in Naples..

It would look like this. I would go to NYC to-Naples, Naples to
Sardinia. Sardinai back to Naples/Naples back to the USA.

The thing is- I visit Relations in both places. Air Italy is looking
good, looking at the schedule for AIr Itally, it looks perfect.

Maybe if things change, what is it like taking the ferry?

Still 18 hours?
