How is the night scene in St Martin?. I'm planning to go there for a week so
and I was wondering what St Martin looks like at night. Is it safe and are
there many places to go?. Thanks.

St. Martin is fun for singles. Lot of places to hang out or go to. Let's
give some places.

- The Castle
- Bliss
- Q-Club
- Greenhouse
- Havanas Too
- Sunset Beach Bar
- Bamboo Bernies
- Floating Bar/Lady C
- Reggae Cafe
- The Platinum Room
- Goldeneyes

I thinks places enough to enjoy yourself

Hey thanks a lot for the list. So how is life over there?. Is it worthy to stay
for a while or does it get old pretty fast?. I'm european so maybe I would
consider staying a couple of months if the mood is right. What about the
people?. How are the locals?. Friendly or snotty?. Thanks for your help.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

It is worth to stay for a few months. I will not live there for a few years.
I was there for 6 months and i have seen and done everything on the island.
After 6 months you've seen it there and you want to go to some place else.

The most people are very friendly and what will you call local. On the 75
square km live about 44 different sorts of people. Chinese, Indian people,
Haitian, French, Dutch, Domincan, lot of south American, maybe 0,5% of the
people on the island originate from the native Arawak Indians, who lived
there before the Euopeans came is. So you can't say local people, one of the
advertisements for St Martin is also: "One island, two countries, many
people" The people I met on the island were very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed it to stay there and had a great time.
