Steve Kramer once got into a fight with a one-armed Ninja...

Steve Kramer once got into a fight with a one-armed Ninja. Seeing that he
had an unfair advantage, Steve ripped both of his arms off and one of his
legs. He then roundhouse-kicked the ninja in the head, killing him
instantly, and proceeded to sow his limbs back on using only a rusty tent
spike and bailing wire.

(This was originally a Chuck Norris joke, but being as Steve Kramer is a lot
harder than Chuck Norris and could no doubt kick Chuck Norris' ass just as
easily as he kicked Charles Bronson's ass then I think it reads better as a
Steve Kramer joke.)
