Hi
I want to know if there is a organization where I can get information abouth
roads, motels, places of interest. Will 3 weeks be enough for this ride?

One sincere advice: STAY AWAY FROM CALIFORNIA! - at least not driving in
CA. I have recently moved from CA back to Norway. The majority of
California drivers enjoy driving fast and recklessly - especially in Los
Angeles areas.

Many drivers in the So. California are Chinese and "un-documented" and un-
insured Mexicans. This combination makes it deadly for those who obey
driving rules. The Chinese are notorious for doing stupid and strange
things on the road that put everyone else's life at risk.

Beside, if you must visit California just visit the northern part (the
redwoods areas). Breathing Los Angeles polluted air would make you sick.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
