Hi Jane,
To travel with your dog within the European Union nothing is required but
the microchip, the EU pet passport and a valid vaccination against rabies.
This applies since 2004 to all countries you will travel from the UK to get
to Greece, Greece herself included. However, to travel back with your dog
and to enter the UK again you resp. your animal has to fulfil the
requirements of the so called UK pet travel scheme that might still include
a worming treatment; IMHO it includes a blood test as for rabies antibodies.
The exact rules and if they apply also for re-entering with a dog that
before has been always in the UK, you have to check with your local vet
within the UK. There also can be found websites when checking "pet travel
scheme" at Google.
Hope that helps.
