I just received an offer from BA to get one of their credit cards, and
thus qualify for 2 for 1 in World Traveler Plus, Business, and First.
And I know of the AMEX Platinum card 2 for 1 in Business and First.
Are there others you could tell me about?

While I have seen a few business class entries with consolidators I
never remember seeing a first class one. I may have missed out but I
suspect that the airlines are at least trying to protect their fare
reputation and would prefer to upgrade a high class member to putting a
high cost fare on sale.
