I made a reservation 2 weeks ago at an italian airlines website for
business class travel in june. My credit card has still not been
charged.
I travel alot, mostly US, but some overseas and always it is charged
immediately. I have called 'customer service' twice, most recently
they insisted it was charged, they insist it is a confirmed res and got
nasty and hung up on me.
Any one experience any thing like this before???
