actually there are many times its perfectly safe to be over the speed
limit, although you wouldnt understand, I agree about under on many
occasions, thats obvious.

99% or more manage that, your not going to drag up that accident again
are you, its a bit obsessive.

I agree about handsfree. Its not the point.

I sure you would, you really just dont want anybody driving..

Seems to me you decide what you need on the arbitrary fact that that's
what you have at the time. Some people think that 4x4's are essential
for them on regular roads, and you've derided that in the past.

There are times when it's perfectly safe to cross a red light, yet you
wouldn't do that I take it.

given that 99% of drivers would fail on some part of your criteria (so
far) why not just agree ten posts ago that you think all drivers are
arseholes rather than all the unbecoming wriggling about the syntax of
your original post?

The only time I was on an unmetalled road, I was driving a tractor.
That's the way to go! Smile

They weren't unreasonable criteria. A lot of drivers have quite small
cars certainly, and there's absolutely no excuse for breaking any of the
other things I mentioned.

that's plain silly. People dont just find themselves with a vehicle.
They choose one to meet what they perceive as their needs.

er, yes. Your point is?

Only to clear an emergency vehicle. I dont drive on the pavement
either, so what.

The motorway speed limits is a fairly arbitary figure. The traffic on
them drives above 70 and they are some of the worlds safest roads, End
of story.

then you dont know much about unmettaled roads and what they are like
after rain. You needed robust tyres and ground clearence on El hierro
the other week. No to mention the obvious grip.
Ive actually recovered someone on fuereventura who thought a car was
fine for unmettaled roads, till i knocked the sump out.

tractors are for fields and one person.
