rental car from US to Canada - one way cross border

I need to rent car to drive one way from Buffalo to Toronto.

Then, I need to rent car to drive one way from Montreal to Boston.

I am unable to find car rental on most of popular car rental web sites.
Please help. Thank you.

Hard luck its not possible.

It is however very easy to get to Niagara Falls, walk across the border and
hire one on
the Canadian side.

Alternatively you could catch the Amtrak service to Albany and rent a car
there

Thats because it isnt allowed by the customs agreements of the two nations
concerned.
