like if you must smoke your destinations are somewhat limited, Cuba Algeria
etc

Oh well. This is just one small sacrifice that nicotine addicts need
to add to their list.

When I worked in Italy I flew to North America every 4 months for R&R
and flew on the Italian airline. Alitalia?? Whatever it's called.
People smoked on those flights regularly, sometimes in the seats but
more often in the washrooms. This was about 3 years ago.
I also flew them to Bangkok a couple of times from Rome and there was
a smoking section on the plane. The center 10 or so seats were
reserved for smokers. Again, that was a few years ago.

Cheers.
Slim.

Or I could start saving for that private Jet.. I do remember smoking on an
Alitalia flight a few years ago from LGW to PSA I think smoking was banned,
but you know what Italians are like if you tell them to do anything.
