Hi,
After having travelled all over Asia from Holland from 1984 untill 1999 our
kids were born in 2002 and 2002. This stopped our backpacking, but now the
travelinfection is hitting us hard again. So we plan to go on the road again
and allthough sout-east asia is still calling because of
malariaprofylaxeconcerns in that part of the world our first destination
will be Turkey.
We will be backpacking again and definitely not looking for an all-inclusive
beachresort. This doen't mean we don't want to hit the beach at all, but
just
very moderately. We plan to be away for five weeks around April 2004.
We are looking for a good itenerary for us and the kids who will be 3,5 and
2 yaers old, with stretches in busses that aren't too long. Would the train
be a god alternative. Any ideas for alternative ways of transport. Tips on
cities to visit or avoid with kids. Tips on childfriendly hotels and hostels
and any other advice on travel with children in Turkey.
For some ideas how we travelled before the kids came:
