travelling in Sierra Leone

Hi travellers,
I'm thinking about a travel in Sierra Leone in dec/jan
for 2 week (to be honest I already got the flight).
I want to do an independent travel alone
(male) by public means of transport.
Does anybody have any experience about
this country?
